"I have been up there four times and the window says 'walk-in welcome', but every time I go in they say I need an appointment. Not only that there were three women working and the one that acknowledged me was rude, dismissive, and even rolled her eyes at me. I have been trying to utilize gift certificates that I received, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. If they don't want to serve me, then they should give me the money back so I can go elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE!!"
"They were both really friendly to me and my mom and they were going to close but we walked in and they kindly were like we can do them tomorrow, then the other girl was like I can do them once I am done eating so they did our nails and they were super kind and I am obsessed with my nails and know I can trust them to do my nails and it’s not expensive so it’s pretty good!!"
