"My daughter loves her nails! The staff was so sweet for her 12th birthday."

"Unfortunately I was not impressed. We called and made sure they did acrylic nails (non gel) and my 11 year old daughter changed her mind when we got there and only wanted a pedicure. The owner seemed upset that we changed what we wanted. I also was not happy with their reactions to me not wanting gel polish, as if I was hurting them because I do not like gel polish. I believe they gave my daughter gel polish despite me specifically asking for regular for both of us because we got our nails done on Thursday 02/16/2023 and by Saturday my daughter's nail polish was gone. We had gotten her a mani/Pedi at a different shop two weeks prior and the polish was still on when we went to this shop which is why I believe they used gel. My nails were not at all well done. I was cut three times by the tech, which isn't a huge deal but he didn't even apologize or acknowledge that he did it. He also didn't file my real nails or the original set (this was a fill) very much, he only filed two and they were crooked. By Sunday one fell off while I was washing my hands. When I called on Monday, one of the owners said to come in and she would fix it. She then told me it was my fault the nail fell off, I hit it or was doing something extra or it was the previous nail tech companies fault. Mind you, I had the original set for over 2 weeks without anything happening to them and I do office work so I wasn't doing anything hardcore to my nails. I was literally washing my hands at the store and it popped right off. When she finished my nail, I realized after I left that she didn't even match the shape, she made it square when I had the others rounded. I was hoping this would be our regular shop but I honestly don't think so. This experience was disappointing and I spent $65 on an acrylic fill and a basic kids pedicure. She didn't even get the special pedicure. I recommend going elsewhere if you expect them to respect your desires and do quality work."

"Went in on Friday for a full set, gel nails. They were busy (holiday weekend) but got me in with minimal wait. I definitely paid for gel, but am 99% sure my nails are acrylics, even though I asked multiple times to confirm he was using gel. The nails are so, so thick, and look terrible, with huge bumps of product--they're not even smooth. I've been to this shop multiple times, usually for pedicures, but opted to go for nails this time mostly because of the location (close to home), but this experience just isn't sitting well with me. I've already used my own e-file to file off the color and smooth out the piles of acrylic just to salvage the look after spending so much."

"I wasted my money for the worst gel manicure ever . Please do not go with the lady ( I do not know her name ) . As you see in the pictures the nails did not have a good finish, very thick like if I get nail fungus ( onychomycosis). she did not cut the cuticle properly . I am very disappointed and will never come back to this place"

"Michelle does a great job! She also is very straightforward about the condition of your nails, I appreciate the honesty. She took care of a bruised and ingrown toenail due to a pallet injury from work. Coming here 11 months and I have never had a bad nail job from Michelle."
