"“Update” New Management!!!!! She is the truth!!!!!! She has been standing on business since she stepped on the property!!!! We had a bad roach problem she listened and took care of it!!!! Also my favorite maintenance man Jeff is BACK!!! My hot water tank was giving us hella issues the new manager and jeff did what they do and we back in business!!!!!!!"
"I hate this place. Can't wait until lease is up. Carpet flooded twice due to a/c issue. Toilet stopped flushing 3 times. All ceiling fans loose and clacking.bad paint job. Horrible communication when applying. Needs upgrades in hate this place"
"This Buildings are poorly build and poorly insulated you can hear all that occurs outside as well as the adjacent apartments, children run wild destroying the fences, residents allow their pets to defecate anywhere and do not recover their feces not having any consideration for others. The Management does not attempt to correct this problems and it seems that the children and most residents have no respect for them it is the worst management group I have ever seen is like leaving in a low cost project."
