"I needed my glasses quickly. Not only did the associate help me to choose a good frame, my transaction was handled quickly and easily. I received a text within an hour that my glasses were ready. They turned out perfect as far as my vision needs. I needed one minor adjustment to make them fit better. It was done within a minute or two and I was on my way. They saved me from having to wear broken glasses on a very special trip to Disney with my son and his wife and my newest grandson, who is now 9 months old. "I went in the day before Thanksgiving and actually had a prescription from my eye doctor. I worked with Ms. Kimberly and we were able to use my existing frames and she processed my prescription and gave me all of my options. She also reminded me that I did have some insurance coverage that I had totally forgotten about. My glasses were ready within 30 minutes!! "Well this place is not worth the drive. 13 miles 26 round trip. Took my glasses to them and asked them to get the prescription from my glasses said they can't do that. And that I would need to have an eye exam or a prescription from a doctor. I told them that they had done this before. This is the second time that they couldn't help me. The first time I taken my glasses to replace my lenses because the frames I purchased from them. Were memory frames And were in good shape. Was told they couldn't replace the lenses. I went to Eyemart in Tuscaloosa and they replaced my lenses no problem. 1st time wanted to sell me another frame 2nd time wanted to sell the eye doctor services. There won't be a 3rd time."
