Trails at Alabaster

"The reason why I am leaving a review I have been here for two years. At least twice a month. The water shut off for maintenance repairs that the sewage company has nothing on file saying there is a complaint coming from Trails At Alabaster. My balcony door does not work. I have closets in my apartment that don’t have doors. I have cabinets in my apartments that are too short for the door so you can see right underneath them. I have had water leak after water leak so I have patches all in my ceiling. Twice this month our apartment complex has had electrical fires one I actually called in myself. This apartment complex is poorly ran I’m not gonna say it’s because of management maybe it’s ownership either way don’t move in here also, we didn’t have water the week of Christmas last year. So if these are the things you’re looking for an apartment complex to be overcharged for maintenance repairs that are not being fix this is a place for you."

"My family and I have been tenants at this complex since November 2022. We started having issues with our apartment in December of the same year after a water leak from the apartment above ours caused damage to the unit. Up until July 2023 the problems hadn't been effectively dealt with and were basically swept under the rug by the previous property manager (Frederick McCray). Once new management took over, the maintenance that should've been done months ago was resolved within a couple of weeks. Chelsea (the new property manager) has made sure we could be comfortable in our home again and has accommodated us in any way possible. The only reason im rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because of my stay eith the previous property manager. I'm pleased with the turnaround of the complex thus far."

"I have been here for a while and I must say this apartment complex looks great compared to before. Frederick McCray has done a great job renovating this apartment complex. Frederick is very professional and has great leadership skills. Anytime I had an issue she will come up with the solution. She is definitely a great leader for Trails At Alabaster."

"Honestly not a bad area to live in at all but if you need maintenance done. Hopefully it isn’t urgent because we have put in request for water backing up, our dishwasher does not drain, our tub takes way to long and at times had standing water for over a day due to it not draining. Our door didn’t shut without slamming it for a while until I had to do the work on my own. If you’re a handy man you’re okay but if not it might be a minute. We are still waiting for the 5th month for all of these issues to be resolved."

"I have been here a little over a year, me and my family have been very comfortable here. Frederick, the property manager, is great! She’s a “no bs” kind of manager and I love it. And the maintenance man David is awesome, timely, and efficient! He even went out of his way and came back to my apartment and took a Christmas present that was left in front of my door inside for me so my daughter didn’t see it as we got home, so thoughtful!!"
