"Avoid company at all cost. Been a tenant for years and recently had an issue with the water at the property. Water bill sky rocketed to almost $3000 and after proof from water company and two investigations proving it was on the rental property side I was told the issue is our problem by Turn Key Realty and that we are 100 percent responsible for the bill due to faulty up-keeping. Save yourself the heartache!"
