"I have this place a 1 star because I couldn’t give it a 0. And the reason why is because It No Longer exist. They moved or either went out of business. I really hate that because they were the BEST at what they DID! I’ve always found great places to move. That wasn’t listed anywhere else. So Hometown If you’re reading this. PLEASE COME BACK YOU ARE VERY MUCH MISSED!"

"Rude. I paid them for a service. The lists are the same every day. You find the same listings on Zumper for free. Hometown does literally nothing but take your money. The lady that answers the phone (when she actually answers) is rude. She does not know how to sound friendly or helpful on the phone. She sounds like she hates her job"

"I have NEVER heard of anyone or been spoken to so rudely in the history of customer service. The woman cut me off when I tried to explain what was happening. She then raised her voice at me and then hung up on me. I would've asked for a refund but you probably won't get anyone on the phone for more than a week. The rude associate then just resent me a list of houses I had already been sent. Most of these properties aren't even on the market anymore when you try to inquire about them. Save your patience and money."

"I would personally recommend "Home Town Rentals " to anyone looking to move.I was a little nervous at first paying a fee for someone to help me find a new residence .The process was very easy,convenient,and painless . One of my biggest challenges I faced was having a large German Shepard , and a landlord who would accept him .All I had to do was call the listings in my price range, ask about my dog, and it was easy.Using "Home Town Rentals " services saved me valuable time,travel, and not having to drive looking, and reading ads . "Hometown Rentals is everything you could ask for!! I do not understand why people would complain because the Customer Service & the staff is GREAT!! One person I would like to get recognition is Mrs.Holly!! she was absolutely God sent!! she went above & beyond to help us with our move & finding our perfect place to call Home.. Not only did she help us get in a home in 2 days she was fantastic at everything she did. Holly is a great person inside & out to help people the way she does. She truly cares about people and has a great personality & a heart of gold. Dont get me wrong the other Staff at Hometown Rentals is great to but Holly was always just a phone call away. and for Customer Service Mr. Beasley goes above & beyond as well. He is there to talk to you and help in any way possible.. If you are looking for a perfect place to call home & want people that really cares about you & your situation just give Hometown Rentals a call 841-4500 & you will see just exactly how hard they work for there Customers...
