"Do not move here! They block roads randomly without any notice whenever they have concerts or whatever. No one can come in or get out. You are literally trapped. Thin walls, can hear everything. No sidewalks. Elevators are a pain to use cause they either don’t work or someone’s holding it due to moving. They are pretty but that’s about all they have to offer."
"We LOVE Canopy Park!! Everyone who works in the office is extremely personable, full of smiles and always quick to respond to any issues or questions. The maintenance man is better than any other apartment maintenance person I have ever had to deal with, although we haven't had any major issues in our unit. The location is also top tier!! Being across from the ice rink, in the same parking lot as Taco Mac, and right off of 119 and 31 makes it almost too easy to get wherever you need to go. I highly recommend Canopy Park to anyone who is looking for an apartment or townhome. Now I'm just ready to open my windows and listen to the next concert at the Oak Mountain Amphitheater!"
