"My visit was horrible. I met Drake Van at the Birmingham location for my Free Consultation and I told him my wants/needs of what I wanted done for my hair loss. He told me nothing of what I asked about. He was rude and pushy about what he was trying to persuade me to do. He told me that since I was young, unemployed, and in college that I would not be able to afford it and to talk to my parents about it. He also told me that I shouldn't have drove to the in-person consultation because he could've told me this on a 5 minute phone call. He looked at my hair for less than 5 seconds and never got out of his chair behind his desk. I find it very hard believe that you can tell someone their options by looking at their hair from a far distance like that. It was the most embarrassing thing I've ever had done to me. He made me feel like a burden to him and his time. I will never be coming back to Bosley ever again. It was the worst experience ever."
