"I have loved this place since they helped our beloved Billy cross The Bridge with the utmost compassion. I moved my other two to the clinic and put them on the adult and puppy healthcare programs. There were a number of glitches that caused over charges - I don’t fault the staff - that version of the program was a complex head banger. Jamie, the office manager is thorough, efficient and responsive. She prepared an audit of my services and credits due, and a detailed analysis of the new streamlined program with line by line savings. It was a no brainier to stay on it. All businesses make mistakes - I just then want them to own up and fix it, which Jamie did professionally."

"I applied here and got an interview a while back with a black woman who was pretending to be nice to me in my interview, but talked behind my back to other interviewees and coworkers. She made fun of me and called me disgusting for owning pet rats, so it’s nice to know that this clinic thinks rats are nasty pets and thinks people are nasty for owning them. She was a big girl with a bunch of facial tattoos. I’ll never refer anybody to work, or to bring their pet here! You can’t be a true practice if you don’t love ALL animals"

"This vet practice is awesome! The staff are super nice as are the vets. I always recommend on apps like nextdoor, when someone in the area is looking for a vet. Not difficult to get an appt or medication (refills) either. They have been treating my shepherd for well appts and emergencies since I moved to the area, and now they see his adopted sister too. Highly recommend if looking for a vet!!!"

From the very first call to see if they even offered the procedure that my boy needed to the actual appointment, we received best in class care. My German Shepherd loves people, and he actually didn't want to leave because everyone was so sweet and caring towards him. Major Payne saw Dr. Mann. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She was able to clarify some of the questions that I had about his numerous trips to the cardiologist. I had no doubt that she loves animals and truly cared about my boy. All support staff were kind, professional, and amazing! I have nothing but the best things to say about every aspect of care!"
