"I arrived on time, checked in, sat down, waited approximately 10 minutes before being called back, I answered approximately 10 questions, waited approximately 10 minutes and was taken to the lab, where I gave a urine sample, went back to my room, approximately 10 minutes later a physician's assistant came in, we discussed my conditions for approximately 15 minutes, she gave me my refills and appointment card and we left. Very uneventful and the same experience I have every 2 months. No complaints, just tired of the routine. Dr. Kendrick has always treated me, I think, to the best of his ability. I am just not getting any better."
