I haven't got any idea about your establishment. I've lived in Hueytown my entire life and have never even been in one of the apartments. I did look at the floorplans after I received your message and they look fabulous. I do hope this clears up any misunderstandings and maybe one day I'll get by there and see them for myself. "I move in about 7 months ago and we love it! They come fix any problems I have, which have been very few. The complex is very clean and the apartment itself is very nice and most importantly Kim Bebe is always open for communication. The maintenance crew is amazing! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!"

"Nice neighbors, peaceful, and affordable apartments. Got new owners that have spent a lot of time updating and making it nice in the last few years, I especially like the new floors. The maintenance guy they have is on top of his game. Great bang for the buck. Highly recommended if you're lucky enough to catch them with an open unit."

"Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in! They are very thin you can hear outside and inside of the apartments! No privacy! They don’t come on time for maintenance! The paint on the walls is flat and gets dirty fast, big hornets kept coming in my apartment. The maintenance guy came to fix a leak in my sink and clogged it! They are definitely not worth it!"
