"I have been hear about 4 years. It was a nice place to live until the cheap ass owner fired the one maintenance guy and decided to do everything himself. Now the are break-ins, teenage kids smoking weed at the playground, used condoms in the sand of the playground, serious bug issue, my neighbor saw a rat yesterday, mold in bathrooms, and he will not do anything about it. It is a horrible place to live. Especially if you have kids. My son can't even play outside. Please keep looking if you are considering this a place to live. ITS WORSE THAN PROJECTS!!!!! I'm moving ASAP!!!!"
