"I spent a lot of time deciding whether or not to go with this clinic and finally decided to make the call. Did the paperwork, got my health records ordered, had my initial appointment/interview on the phone with my doctor and she seemed very kind and optimistic, so I decided to go with them. I was really feeling good about this decision. I have my first real appointment with my doctor and she raises her eyebrows and makes some sarcastic/rhetorical remarks. After going through everything, she told me she thought all my problems were because of my weight. She scheduled an ultrasound. I left feeling incredibly discouraged because while I've never been a perfectly healthy weight, my weight didn't start to spiral until I started having other problems. I saw the notes the next day on the portal and she wrote she thought a CT would be better than an ultrasound, but didn't think I would fit in the machine (I've since had 2 CTs and done fine). I called and spoke with the manager and told her everything and said I didn't feel comfortable staying with her as a doctor. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay with the clinic because there wasn't another available doctor and because I might have to see her again if she was the only one available."

"Went with a life threatening disease, paid an exorbitant members fee to be seen, was told by the doctor that my condition “doesn’t exist” and that “Lyme disease isn’t prevalent in Alabama” so therefore she would not test me for it. I was ultimately kicked out of this clinic because I insisted she research this very real disease but to no avail. After hours one day, my doctor called me to fire me and berated me on the phone for being a difficult patient. She refused to treat me and now major medical organizations and associations have published major literature about my disease. Do not recommend at all. Rude management and the doctors think they know it all and refuse to investigate real conditions they are unfamiliar with."
