"Terrible customer service. They did not explain the claim process at all. The adjuster was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Since they did not explain the process to us, at all, we ended up left with $1,000 bill from a company that looks like we will have to pay out of our pocket because we were never told that part of our contractor payment needed to go to that separate company."
