"We rented with them for 2 + years.At first , they was wonderful. Very sweet. When the house needed work, they was very slow at doing so, had to remind them a few times, some things I let go. So maintenance timing is awful. When we moved out, they overcharged us for damages prior to the home before we moved in. They wouldn’t ever call me, or answer back to my voicemails, only email. They say they give you a move in inspection report, ( we never received ). My tip if you rent from them, TAKE BEFORE PICTURES AND AFTER PICTURES so they can’t run you over like they are us. We were warned from a couple to watch out but didn’t think it would happen to us. Other than that, they have some pretty good listings."
