"We encountered problems with the room credit. Some of us tried to schedule a spa appointment and we were told the credit was not allowed. We were told the credits are only good in 25% increments for purchases. We are were unhappy finding this out while here. We are noticing that these supposedly perks for being moved from Chic to Hideaway are not true perks. Cyndy/Adventure Travel stated we would be Diamond because of the move from Chic to Hideaway. We found that not to be true, we did not a butler, We could not use the Diamond Club, we tired to book a reservation at Hunter Steakhouse and was told we did not have the correct bracelet to eat there. Cyndy/Adventure Travel should have been upfront and truthful.. I/we have gone on many vacations/trips had room credits to be used as full credits. Me and My family paid extra. For Flights that was already paid for a year ago. We paid $580 for a private charter flight. We then had to pay you $79.00 extra to fly commercial that only cost $478.00? I let it go 5 months ago, but now i'm noticing Adventure Travel have requested more and more money through out these past months when our vacation was paid in full a year ago. I am still waiting for my AMEX Credit of $278.00 that is owed to me for the screw up placing my kids on a different return flight that you guys couldn’t fix your own mistake. The reviews will not be good if you can't help with these issues. I arranged this same type of travel from 4 states 3 years ago. I did not have to ask the family for more money or screw up their travel arrangements. Yes it was a headache but I pulled it off. Your agency/ people do this for a living daily and have made this trip an nightmare. I need you Cyndy to step in and fight for us."

"@adventuretravel Cyndy Woodside was our travel agent in Georgia and her service was unacceptable. She told us lies about all these perks we were going to get and when we got to the resort that’s when we realized she was incorrect about literally everything. I also had to pay an extra $278 for me and my brother to travel back with the rest of our group on the same flight because she somehow booked us on a completely different flight at a completely different time. Of course she never returned our emails about getting that issue or any of the others resolved or even dealt with. Never reusing or recommending Adtrav to anyone. Thanks for nothing Cyndy."

"We have been using Adventure Travel sinced we wandered in several years ago wanting to go to Alaska (our first cruise) Sharon McCarthy has helped us as we have continued our cruising adventures, Great Britian, Carib, Panama, back to Alaska, etc. Everything has been handled in a professional manner (including some changes and glitches on our part). Could not ask for a more pleasant and considerate person and company. Just back from taking family to Carib and now want to go back to Alaska. My husband has medical problems, but Sharon arranges any help we need. Thanks so much."
