"This agency came highly rated from our real estate agent. Unfortunately, the communication here has been terrible. I was understanding when we tried to get a policy to underwriting Friday afternoon thought it would have to wait till Monday because it was late in the day. On Monday I got no call back and it then became work for me to even find out if an application have been submitted. I called multiple times and while I understood there was some illness going around, for me to have emailed and called as many times as I did and have no one get back to me is inexcusable especially considering Mr Raines understood that I was sitting on a property with no insurance that I had just closed on. 10 days later I'm calling to verify if they have even submitted an application and I was told NO!"
