"Poor Customer service! If I could’ve gave 0 stars I would’ve. That customer service representative by the name of “Isabel” literally hung up in my face because all I asked was for her to stay on the phone until her associate “Silvia” Sends my Declaration and Identification documents. “Silvia” sent documents from my previous insurance policy that was once no more and when I noticed that i immediately informed “Isabel” over the phone and she said that “Silvia” will resend the proper information which led to me requesting her to just wait until I receive my proper documents necessary but then again she refused and just maliciously hung up in my face. Insurance Navy need to find better associates or stop selling insurance because that service was completely unacceptable and unnecessarily rude."
