"I went to use a Groupon at EVV Massage on 12/13/23. The woman working the counter didn't speak English, and even though the Groupon had expired, I was trying to use the amount paid towards my service that day ($60) which never expires. She swiped my Groupon saying that it was being redeemed even though she didn't know what she was doing or reading. I tried to explain that I didn't owe the full amount of my services that day because of "credit" I had, but she called her owner, who also didn't speak much English and would not let me use my credit and forced me to pay full price, not honoring the Groupon. Furthermore, she also insisted that I tip her saying that her boss was now mad at her and that the $65 I was paying that day went to her boss and that I needed to leave a tip or she wouldn't get paid. Essentially, I paid $135 for a mediocre 1 hour massage ON MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!"
