It’s almost never crowded, they’re open long hours, the lady at the front desk is kind and efficient, the wait is short, the service is quick, and Dr. Bayer is understanding and informative. They get you in and out, and they’ve always ordered the tests I’ve asked for. Truly a top-notch experience, every time! I’ve been coming here a few years now, and I am always impressed. So thankful y’all are here!"

"I had my visit visit today @ this facility. The front desk receptionist, Ms. Duke was very kind and got me through the check in process quickly. Dr. Bayer has the bedside manner I wish others would have , although I'm not feeling well he was kind, apathetic and friendly. Very detailed, explaining my concerns in layman terms.Brittany also offered quality care in drawing my lab work and vitals. I'd definitely return if the need arises again . Kudos to this facility, awesome team . B Brittany, the lady who offered support with vitLs, etc was promoted and friendly as well. All of these I seek as awesome attributes when selecting care. I'd return if the need arises in the future."

"This was my first visit ever to Hwy 53 Urgent Care and might I say, this was an amazing experience! From the front desk staff, to the nurse and Dr. Barry, the whole team made me experience there wonderful! They made me feel welcomed and cared about my health from start to finish. I love it here. Dr. Barry was very professional and took the time out to understand my health and all the symptoms I was experiencing. He cared and that's what I've always wanted in a doctor. He got down to the root of my problem and made me feel relieved about my results. He is the best! I would highly recommend coming here. It is such a warm environment and I'm glad I came here. "I liked the doctor. I felt like he listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a treatment that we both liked. I also appreciated when he didn't have expertise in a particular area, he was quick to inform and refer. Wait time can be a bit long if they're busy and the waiting room gets warm in the sun. Bring a water bottle!"
