I have had some issues that I have dealt with for 6 years, and I have been to physical therapy in the past but still had issues. Dr. Houssain said Phil created a combination plan with exercises and screening to see my weak muscles/limited mobility along with chiropractic adjustments. "I had a wonderful first-time visit to SpineCare a few days ago and am looking forward to the next one! I was first greeted by Julie at the front desk who is so lovely and helpful. I then met with Dr. Houssain to review my history of back pain and my current needs. I had a relaxing 20 minutes of Stim, heat, and dry needling to loosen things up for my adjustment. My adjustment by Dr. Houssain was perfection - I am feeling great. An added bonus was that he demonstrated an interest in me as a person by asking me questions and having a very nice and easy conversation during the adjustment. So, if you are new to chiropractic and little scared to have your back "cracked", Dr. Houssain will definitely distract enough that you won't notice your nerves about it anymore.
