"The worst experience of my life, it took me a few months to write this review, first, I wanted to let time pass to be sure that that nightmare was real. I can only tell you that if you choose this place always ask for proof of the tests they perform on your pet, do not take their word as a guarantee because I discovered that the promises of this place are worthless. I spent thousands of dollars in this place and I have no proof of what all that money was spent on. When I demanding a response for the poor service, and an explanation for all the tests they supposedly performed on my baby, finally they let me see her file which had a single piece of paper with basically personal information, Where were all the copies or notes of her case? The receptionists or employees (not just one, not 2 or even 3!) were rude like I had never experienced, the vet was polite but rude, I couldn't get an answer and I was almost Kicked out of the place for giving a bad image to the people who were waiting, even when this people showed me their support. I left that place in tears due to helplessness and rudeness, scared by how they had given me my baby ​​when it was something routine. Besides they still had the nerve to gave her to me in a dirty old cardboard box when I bring a clean container one day before. After a few calls looking for an advice, I drove to another nearby clinic where they treated my doggy wonderfully, and me with respect and professionalism. There are so many vet clinics in the surrounding area with excellent reviews, your dignity, time, money and above all, the safety of your furry baby deserve take your time, research and think twice before take a decision. If you check the reviews of this place there are good ones, but some are not only bad, but terrible. I should have taken the time to read them all… I really wish that no one ever has to experience what I went through. Even if it was the only place in Alabama I would never return to this place"

"Dr Fuller and his team are excellent. We have trusted our dogs to Hope for 20 years and have had great experiences. Prices are fair and usually below the national average. Our 85lb American Bully had knee surgery and it was 20% lower than the published average. In addition Dr. Fuller did an amazing job on the surgery and our dog made a very fast full recovery"
