Madison Primary Care

"I will be changing providers. I've been every month since October. (10/11, 11/6, 12/8) and seven times in the previous 15 months! My blood work is perfect. The only issue I have is Moderately High BP and Arthritis. Each time is a $100+ charge because of my high deductible plan. There is no reason I should have to come in every 30 days for basic Maintenance medications. (Meloxicam & Hydrochlorothiazide) I've been taking both of these meds for several years with no issues. I moved here 18 months ago and have been to this dr. office more in 15 months than I did in 5 years in Atlanta. Also...I've only seen a Dr. one time, every other time has been a PC or FNP. (Which is all I need for basic refills)"

"This is the best PC practice I have ever been to. I would recommend anyone to this practice. I went to Madison Primary Care over a year ago and started seeing Katherine Koshofer, PA. I looked so hard to find a doctor that would not just see the medications that I was on and make judgements about me before even treating me. Then I met Katie. Katie went over everything with me. Katie did more than listen, she came up with a medical plan for me that decreased my A1C, High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and I've lost a little over 30 pounds. When I go in to see Kate, I feel like I'm just talking with a friend and she celebrates my accomplishments with me. I know that I can be honest with her about my medical journey, and having that kind of rapport is priceless. She brought me from one of the most down times in my life to one of the best, and this is all because of Katie. I think Katie is a medical Unicorn. She is more than a doctor, she actually cares and she wants to see her patients get the treatment they need and she wants her patients to get better and feel better. I finally found a PCP home."
