"I had similar problems mentioned by other reviewers. Refills of one of my medications were canceled and it took multiple calls over approximately a month to correct the issue. Referrals were not made in a timely manner causing me to incur large bills that I am still trying to appeal with my insurance company because his office never filed the appeals on my behalf as they originally agreed to. I made repeated attempts to speak with office staff about the problems I had been experiencing and upon my last attempt I was greeted with the rudest experience I have had in a medical office. I was told I should have canceled appointments with specialists until they sent in my referrals. It took them 3-4 weeks after my first request and repeated phone calls to complete a referral. I also had to make repeated calls about billing errors which my insurance company finally corrected themselves after being repeatedly told the error had been fixed by Dr. Hanley's office staff. I will not be returning to his office for these and other reasons. I would advise others to try elsewhere."
