"I went to the urgent care at the recommendation of another clinician as she stated that they were fast and could see me in a timely manner, which they did. Pros: - Check-in was simple and easy. - Front desk staff was friendly. - Entire visit was quick. Cons: - Waiting room is small. - The care provided was not sufficient. The reason for my poor review stems from my visit with the nurse practitioner. I love seeing NPs, as I am one myself. I typically will not state that when I receive medical care because I do not want to influence the care that I receive. I was involved in a car accident several days ago and have been experiencing some musculoskeletal symptoms and headache as a result. I could not go see my PCP as they were closed, which I stated to the care team. The NP gave me the option of going to the ER, which I didn't deem necessary. Otherwise, I would have gone instead of presenting to urgent care. When I opted to be seen in clinic, she essentially asked, what is it that you want? It came of to me as if she thought I was pain-seeking. When I stated that potentially a Toradol shot would be appropriate, she gave me one. She provided no details of a diagnosis, appropriate follow up, or potential prescriptions. She did tell me to go to the ER if my symptoms worsened, but that was it. After she left the room, I asked the MA to ask her if she could send me is some muscle relaxers, which she stated that she would not as that was a primary care thing, which is a lie. Muscle relaxers are prescribed in urgent care routinely. For musculoskeletal issues - steroids, NSAIDs, and/or muscle relaxers are all appropriate treatments. I got the feeling that she really didn't want to treat me, which she could have stated from the beginning. She also could have offered non-pharmalogical interventions and/or obtained imaging. I went to another provider at a different clinic who offered those treatment without any prompting. My visit was all of 3 minutes, and I felt like I was just another number instead of her caring about my issues and well-being. I would not recommend."

"I have been a returning patient at Approxie Urgent Care for several years now. They are my absolute go to for health care. The staff is welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. The offices are all very clean and inviting. I have been seen for various things over the years and in each case I felt like I was truly being listened to and attended to like I was the one and only patient and my condition mattered to them. They have labs on site so they really work fast in diagnosing and treating you. Please don't hesitate to use them. Each of their locations are awesome. I promise you have never had a clinical experience like this. They have made my primary physician obsolete, aside from my yearly check up, that I have to schedule three months in advance. Thank you again to the staff I've interacted with over the years. You are truly awesome people and do fantastic work!"
