"We have to travel 3+ hrs to get here. There are closer facilities to us but we luv all the drs and they are very thorough with the appts. They answer all our questions. Yes.. you do have to wait but no longer than other local dr's we have seen. I don't have anything off-putting to say about the VA & their healthcare. Thank you for working for our Veterans."

"The scheduling clerk Jackie in Radiology Clinic was rude and dismissive when I inquired about waiting 30 minutes past my appointment. I told her that I had been waiting 40 minutes and wanted to know if they staff knew I was here. She snapped at me and said "they know you here!" And gave me a look like sit down and shut up and just wait. When another nurse from Radiology stepped out to help someone else, I asked for a patient rep. That is when I found out the scheduling clerk had double booked today's appointments. They were great completing my scans, however Scheduling Clerk Jackie supervisor needs to discuss her customers service skills. And on another note, if these clerks don't want to work with disabled veterans, then please remove them. It is very traumatizing to go for health care and receive this type of treatment."

"I bring my 99-year-old father-in-law in each year for his annual checkup. The facility is impressive and clean. Everyone is friendly. The operation, as far as we’re concerned, is efficient. And Dr. Mason is a jewel, a blessing!"

"Know why I stopped going to the clinics here. They don’t really care about how much pain you’re in. They only want to give you a bunch of medicine that doesn’t work and don’t really care what you have to say in regards of it. I have had 5 knee surgeries and am in constant pain. I went to try and get some relief but they didn’t really seem to care about that. They keep trying to get me to have other procedures that they want done and have nothing to do with the problem I’m actually going in for. If I wanted a colonoscopy I would’ve asked for one."

I have had nothing but excellent experience with the entire staff and the doctor that I have been associated with and receive the most updated care that is available anywhere.
