"Very poor patient care. I filled out my husband’s paperwork for him, trying to get him set up with new primary care. The woman at the front desk got mad that after I filled out all of the questions for him, because he felt so bad, he scribbled his signature on his paperwork, and that I(his wife) signed for him on another page. The RECEPTIONIST would not accept his paperwork so I walked out."
