"Went in as a walk-in emergency due to an old crown coming off tooth. The issue was quickly corrected by Dr. Maddox and Assistant (Morgan). I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent care and treatment I received."

"First off, I been going to this dentist since I was a kid. They have always taken great care of me! As an adult I been having major problems with my teeth as we all due. Everytime I come get them repaired, Ms still has done an outstanding job each time. Her professionalism and knowledge of her profession is incredible. She’s been my dentist ever since I been able to afford my own dental insurance and I would not want it any other way. Plus she gets you in and out, even in more serious repairs. The office staff is always real nice & walk ins usually get in a room within 30 minutes. It is lightening speed if you actually have an appointment. Those ladies up there can work and keep your smile going! Thank you Ms still for all your hard work over the years."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. The black girl at the front desk and the younger white girl are two of the rudest people I've encountered in my life, and I truly wish I would've listened to my gut feeling after reading their reviews and just waited for an appointment somewhere else. They had a same day opening (shouldn't be surprised because I can see why people wouldn't want to come here), so I made an appointment for a molar that was giving me some problems. First, Latrice, I believe was her name, was rude from the moment she picked up the phone. Placed me on hold for over 30 minutes without ever once picking back up. After 30+ minutes, I hung up and called back. Someone else answered and she was immediately able to assist me. Weird how someone else was immediately available. They referred me to Brookwood Endodontics for a root canal. Made the appointment with Brookwood, paid $579 for the root canal. They thoroughly explained everything and also told me I would likely be receiving an additional bill after insurance and gave me an estimated price. Went back to WFD for the filling. When I got the temporary crown, the lady was yawning in my face the entire time. While my mouth is wide open and I'm having a dental procedure. and she's yawning in my face. It was unprofessional to say the least. They never once told me I had options for the crown, and I have no way of knowing that, as I'm not in the dental field and this was my first crown. They gave me the cost, never mentioned "hey you're going to get another bill after this, this is just an estimate." or anything like that. I paid WHAT I WAS TOLD I OWED the day I had the temp crown put in. Went back for the permanent, everything was fine. It's been two-ish weeks, I get a text message notification I owe them a bill. So I call to ask why and again, Latrice answers and is so rude. She puts me on hold "so i can speak to someone else because she doesnt have time to talk to me", and then picks back up 15 minutes later, says "let me get your contact info and i'll have them call you back", which insinuates theyre just not available to talk right this moment, so I said 'I don't mind holding, i've got time" because at this point ive been on hold for a while, whats another half hour? and she responds "well you'll be on hold until next week. theyre out of the office all week" okay, you didn't know that before the first time you put me on hold for 15 minutes? She said a few other extremely unprofessional things, and I hope she gets fired :) Anyways, I would just recommend someone else. They give you one price, don't honor it, tell you it's your fault, didn't offer all treatment plans available, and Latrice is rude as hell."

"I have loved this office for years. But that opinion is changing and not for the better. I had a tooth extraction and a week or so later developed a dry socket. When I went in they told me it was gonna be $60. (It wasn't but $10 more to remove the tooth) I HAVE NEVER been charged for a dry socket treatment, this would be my second. I was told it is covered under the extraction plan. Then I get told I can take a medication that is in my chart, or is supposed to be, that I CAN'T HAVE!! I don't know the "doctor" I saw yesterday that wanted me to pay for a treatment that "might or might not actually work or help since it had grown up some".. like Heck no I won't pay for it especially then! I'm definitely not referring people here anymore!"

"I've been taking my family here for over 20 years. My 10 year old had a routine cleaning yesterday. We were in and out of the dentist and just about an hour, and they provided us with a goodie bag as we left. While they don't treat Orthodontics there, they gave us the recommendation and set us up with a number for an orthodontist. Amazing staff, that was very friendly. The facilities themselves are extremely clean and updated. Their room is designed for children, My son watched cartoons during his cleaning."
