"I had not been here since 12/2020. They were very prompt on this day so I decided to try them for 1/1/2024. Arrived a little after opening. Staff extremely nice. Was called back very quickly. Medical assistant (forgot her name) thanks for listening & Haven the NP were very knowledgeable/understanding regarding my condition. Chasity gave me a shot with very minimum sting. Entire process was quick and easy. Work excuse was offered & provided. Best urgent care in Madison. Thanks ladies. Very appreciated!"
