"Dr carstenson is by far!!!!! The most caring but quick family doctor I have ever been to .. she will ask you a question . And wait .. you can respond or not . I find it best to respond . She just has that look of wanting to help . I can look into her eyes . And know my health is number 1 as I am in that room . Other doors and cases or patients . ARe not forgot about .. but I in that room in her care is the primary of her focus . And I firmly believe all feel the same . I'm a brick wall .. and she is tearing them down brick by brick . To Find a SOLUTION!!!!!!! . not pass me through like cattle .. thank you so much doctor . Who knew people still care...."

"I began seeing Dr. Carstensen in the spring of this year (2021), and she has been a wonderful primary care doctor. She genuinely seems to care not only about my health but about my experience as a patient at her clinic. A visit with her is efficient, but somehow she never seems rushed. Dr. Carstensen listens to concerns and typically responds with concrete solutions on the spot. I’ve been very impressed by her reassuring combination of excellent communication skills AND ready familiarity with up-to-date, research-based recommendations in preventive and family medicine. I understand that some previous reviewers had negative experiences with staff in the past, but I have found the current team of nurses, assistants, and administrators at this clinic to be helpful and kind, most recently with Brianna going above and beyond."

"I have recently set up appointments with Dr. Elizabeth Carstensen, for my son, and my husband. At both appointments we were thrilled with the staff, the way they make sure, everyone is safe, during these crazy times. They were all kind and helpful. Dr. Carstensen, was also very thorough, kind and professional during our visits. I am planning to switch, from my current physician to this practice also. It will be much closer, to my home and I feel all of my family will receive excellent care with Dr. Carstensen and her staff."

"I am not a patient but my father and grandmother are. The lady (Kayla)at the front desk is extremly rude and short with the patients. She shows no sort of compassion or care for their needs. It's my belief that she should be spoken with about her attitude and the level of disrespect she shows for them. Dr. Patton however is very kind and compassionate. The other nurses seemed to be just as kind as he is, and care equally for the patients comfort."
