"I've been here several times. Each time, all employees were polite and professional. Most times, I was in and out, but it does depend on what happens because one time, I had to wait due to the number of patients being seen. It wasn't an issue. The staff showed no stress, remained professional, and I was still seen. I give five stars without any hesitation."

"Came in with a workman's comp injury at noon. It's 4:30pm and still have not been seen. My office has closed for the day. Bambi the clinic manager is not on site. They said they are seeing people based on when they come in but the waiting room has literally changed three time since we have been here. Four hours of continued waiting and no assistance. Don't come here! The rating is low for a reason. Filling formal complaint with HR Office"

"Give this place a 10 the security was amazing a guy got upset about not being seen and the guard handled the situation very professionally. He took up for the ladies behind the counter and walked outside of the glass, gently ask the guy to leave in a very respectful way without confrontation. Also he walked around to every patient and made sure they were okay and apologized to everyone about the situation. We need more stand up guys like him that knows how to resolve a situation without violence. Great man you guys have on the job hats off for security. Also he made sure he greeted every patient and directed them to the right location."

"This place is VERY slow at what they do. I came in at 12:45 and was not seen until 2:30. People that came in after me were seen before me for the SAME thing. I don't know what's going on with the staffing, but it needs to get fixed especially if companies are sending their employees here to get physicals and drug screenings done. There are 3 ladies working behind the desk, but things are still moving really slow. I will definitely be talking to my employer and letting them know not to schedule people to this location for drug screening."

"Totally a joke mom had appointments at 11:30 to be seen was a hour early. It is now 1:30pm she still not been seen. They claim need a room but have literally emptied the waiting room 2 times. People coming in a hour and half after her appointments has been seen and left. This is ridiculous"
