"Best time with a doctor I have had in years. Most of the time most doctors will tell me your sick cause you are overweight this is the first time they actually listened to me and said yes you need to lose but you do have more than that wrong with you. And they are actually working with me to lose the weight and help me get my body back. Who know my vertebrae was disintegrating. They did !"
"New Patient beware. Went in for a well visit, it was my first time going. Got the bill later. They charge a standard rate of $230 for a new patient visit, even if it is just a yearly physical. Tried to fight it with their billing department, I was told it is a standard billing policy for their office. New patient visits can be well visits and therefore free. Not with this clinic."
"Patients beware!! If it’s your first visit they will not bill it as preventative. My Blue Cross covers preventative care 100%. They billed my visit as medical instead of preventative even though I did not receive any care over and above a preventative visit and when I scheduled my appointment I asked for a preventative annual check up. They claim it’s routine to bill a ‘medical new patient visit’. There was no disclosure of this on the front end. I believe they are scamming their patients and insurances. Do not recommend. I won’t be back."
"Navigating the hospital to get to the Seale Harris Clinic was challenging, however once there it was a seamless experience. Once checked in I hardly waited, the staff was so friendly. Dr. Barrows listened to my concerns, was knowledgeable and gets bonus points for laughing at my jokes. The lab tech was incredible, I did not even feel the needle go in/out at they drew blood. Cannot speak highly enough of this experience."
"Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Clifton and his staff. Morgan, Jessica in the lab, they are all great! Always so quick and efficient. I’m in and out within the hour that includes checking in, waiting room, seeing doc, bloodwork and urine. They cover all of the bases and always call you with the results regardless. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, you won’t find better than here."
