"We are extremely pleased with Alabama Autism Center! We are doing the at home option since my son is only 2. Melisha (my son’s RBT) is like a member of our family, and she works with him so well! We are seeing results so fast! Angela is knowledgeable, helpful, and very relatable. I know my son will continue to thrive with their services!"

"This is a great place! The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the business and needs of the children. The staff are very friendly. There is brand new playground equipment outside in a fenced in area. Very children friendly decor with an awesome mural painted on one of the walls inside."

"Ignoring the fact that ABA is already a very controversial therapy method for children with Autism, the requirements for being a counselor here are be a high school graduate and pass a 75 question multiple choice quiz. This means the person who is actually treating your child and working with them and developing a "plan" with you could be a 17 year old who knows nothing about child development or autism or other mental and physical health complications. You would be trusting an untrained, uneducated person with next to no qualifications to enact a therapy style which is widely criticized while alone with your child for large chunks of time. I want to emphasize that with the current hiring requirements, literally ANYONE, could be allowed alone in a room with your child. This is especially scary if your child is non-verbal or otherwise couldn't communicate that there is a problem."
