"I go here and have a good experience usually but each time I have referred friends here that shall I say look a little different they are treated poorly by the front office staff and disrespected. Doctors here are very professional and quick. The front office staff could use a class on inclusion and minorities."

"I called this place today at 4:30 to ask if they were open until 6. I was reassured that they were but I had to be in the lobby before 5:30. Now, that time is important because all of the other urgent care places in Decatur close at that time. I get there at 5:10 and wait. By 5:30, I was the only person left in the lobby and no one was asking me for my information. I went to the glass window and the same person who I talked to on the phone told me that they were closed. This is a perfect example of why you can't just hire anyone to be a receptionist. They need to know how the business they work at does their business and also need to have some customer service skills. The attitude and rudeness was unbelievable, apparently she didn't realize you actually need to know what you're talking about before you speak to the public. If the owner or whoever is in charge reads this, there needs to be a lot of training invested."

"River Oaks is my go-to clinic when I can't get an appointment with my doctor quickly. Dr. Ayers is very thorough, personable, and friendly. Unless I arrive at the clinic during a peak time, the staff gets me in and out quickly. If I'm getting meds, the prescriptions are submitted electronically, making it faster for me to get home."
