"Spend 4 hours here that was too much I know that they do the best that they can to keep things moving but I guess they need to have a plan to deal with the pressure of having to many people at the same time I noticed that was one worker trying to help the lady who was helping me and because of her corrections at the end things where wrong actually not complete right they really need a good leader"

"This is by far the slowest office I've been to. 6 people in the lobby including me and it took 3 hours for a simple drug screen, arriving before 4 of the people in the lobby. Been here a total of 2 times and have spent over 3 hours each time for a drug screen. Ridiculous."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in for a simple drug test for employment and waited 3 hours before being taken back. People that got there WAY after me were seen first. The staff was extremely rude. If it can be helped I will never step foot back in this building."
