"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called to see about the free dental clinic after being referred by my primary care. Medicaid doesn’t cover dental after age 19. The person answering phones very rudely told me they only accept you as a dental patient if you qualify as a medical patient. How does that even make sense?! I’m not willing to switch my primary care doctor, and I can’t afford dental care any other way. This place is a joke, a waste of state funding, and a place for snot-nosed people to look down on those who aren’t as well off."

"I want to thank the team at the Community Free Clinic for all they do for the "least of these" in our community. Your friendly staff, especially Macy Beth with her contagious smile, makes people feel appreciated and not a burden! I just want you to know, the service you are providing is making an impact in our community, and I thank God for your agency!"

"The Community Free Clinic of Decatur-Morgan County is the best service this community has to offer. The volunteers, staff, Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, and NPs all have a heart to serve people with the upmost respect. This place is a blessing to so many families!!"

"Horrible place ran by a horrible woman. They don't care about the patients or what they are going through. She is so lazy she can't even be bothered to send in paperwork asked for by social security. Says its too much to ask from a volunteer. Would rather see patients go without income or medications than help. Patsy at the desk talks down to everyone and threatens you when you stand up for yourself and Jessica is completely heartless. They recieved medications from drug companies in my name and refused to give them to me or transfer them to a pharmacy. I begged Jessica with her knowing I had lost my husband, my income and had to have open heart surgery. She didn't even return my call"

"The free clinic is to the best place to go for someone without insurance. Most of the people there to my knowledge are volunteering,so you have to take the good with the bad to get what you need sometimes. Customer service is not always pleasant. It's basic coverage but some coverage is better than none. I'm thankful for be able to go there until I can afford my own insurance."
