"Can't ever get anyone on phone, had complications with pregnancy all they ever said was go to the ER then they wouldn't even make an appointment after. Ended up loosing the baby found out by seeing different obgyn. Still can't get anyone on the phone just to cancel my appointment. They do not care about patients at all. Do not go to them if you want someone that cares for you and your baby!"

"Dr. Stephen was great throughout the ups and downs of my pregnancy. He tried his best to ensure that I did not need a c-section. I did, but no one can be at fault for that as it was out of our control. I am just 4 weeks out, and I am healing great."

"I love the staff they are very nice. But I hated the wait. First when scheduling an appointment they push it all the way out for like a month plus. Then on the day of my appointment I waited over an hour. I just feel like that is inconsiderate of others time. Either start on time or reschedule me. But overall Dr.Gill is great and she explained that she had a long busy morning and that’s understanding. She always does a great job at explaining things to me and I like her."

"Let me start off by saying this is the first review I have ever submitted. I would NOT recommend Dr. Gill or Dr. Stephens to anyone! I have had a past history of ovarian cyst and one ruptured ovarian cyst. A couple of weeks ago I had left pelvic pain and from past experience, I knew it was a cyst forming. I made an appointment with Dr. Jessica Gill. During the appointment she did a pelvic exam which clearly showed my left ovary was very tender to touch. She sent me to check out to schedule ultrasound. The lady at checkout said the imaging department was closed and that she would give me a call first thing in the morning to schedule. I received NO call the next day. Long story short, they ended up calling me a couple days later as my pain increased. The woman calling said she scheduled me for the 12th of this month which was a couple WEEKS out! My pain increased so bad that I ended up going to ER. Imaging showed that I had a baseball size cyst on my left ovary (8cm). The ER admitted me to Medical West which was the worst experience. A day after I was discharged, I was having horrible nausea and vomiting. I called and left a message with Dr. Stephen's nurse and never received a call back. I suffered through the night and called back the next morning to get advice on what I should do and the reason they have not called me back the first time. I STILL have not recieved a call back. I ended up having to get fit in with another Ob/Gyn at St. Vincent's East. Please do NOT waste your time going to Medical West, it was by far the worst care I have every received from any physician. I HIGHLY recommend DR. PRUITT at St. Vincent's East. He did a wonderful job at picking up the slack left from Dr. Gill and Dr. Stephens."
