"I came here one time because I was miserably sick with a sinus infection and I couldn't get an appointment at Centreville, Woodstock or West Blocton. I saw Dr. Cortez and told her that for the last 30+ years I have been dealing with these and the only thing that helps is a zpack and steroids. She agreed to call that in to the pharmacy. When I got to Walmart they told me that the doctor's office called it in and then called back and canceled it. There I am sick as a dog standing in Walmart just wanting to be at home in bed with no idea why my medicine was canceled. I couldn't get through by phone so I got on the chat feature and was told it was being called back in. Instead of the medication that actually helps, they decided that I only needed doxycycline instead because the zpack is over-prescribed. My coworker that caught this from me got a zpack and she is better two days later. I'm on day 6 of this doxycycline and I'm still sitting here miserable. I will never come back to this location."

"I saw a nurse practitioner. I don't remember her name. I told them that I probably had a sinus infection and that it usually goes to my chest. She listened to my chest but never ask me to take a deep breath. If she had she would have heard a rumble, that's a fact. But she didn't asked me to take a deep breath and said my lungs were clear. She also never looked at my nose, my throat, or my ears. I've had sinus problems since I was 18 and due to a procedure I had done and hole was formed in my sinus floor. I was told that I would always have problems with it and I have. What have doctors come to. Do they not care enough to check there patients out completely physically? I don't think I will see her again."

"I went back to this place and one of the PAs was not happy with my review. So what did she do. Took the first opportunity she saw to talk very harsh to me and did what she could to hinder the help of my disabled son getting help. Not only that she went ranted and told the other staff members what I had said to her but left out the fact that she was very harsh & nasty to me provoked me to speak harshly back then when I did she's the victim all of a sudden and I'm the aggressor. Now its me standing a chance of losing help when I clearly needs it .So does my son who clearly needs to be sent to a specialist immediately! But she left out the fact that she was very belligerent with me even denied that the doctor whom I was seeking help for my son had ever worked at that facility when he was clearly in the next room. Not only that he had just seen my son less than 30 minutes prior to me asking for him and she denied the fact that he ever worked there just to be spiteful when I had a emergency situation with my son. We are already at a disadvantage so why so I be treated this way by this person because of their title and expected to still be nice while she defile the ethics of her work to stoop so low that she's seeking vengeance to the point of hindering someone who needs immediate assistance, but no she didn't tell that part. And I was given a warning when I wasn't the aggressive one nor the one in the wrong. Why should I tread lightly just because she is bias towards me being very prejudice and for that reason discriminating even taking it out on persons whom I am associated with. I'm not the only one feel this way I mean look at the reviews"
