Looks like we'll have to visit their office again, even though we were there twice just two months ago to get the correct prescription from the same doctor!"
"I was referred to Dr. Jenkie by my primary care physician and I have had only two appointments at his facility, and I will not be coming back. I waited over an hour to look at a MRI and finally I asked if I was going to be seen at any point, and the nurse/medical assistant names Janet was very rude and told me that the doctor was with a more important and complex patient and I should be next. Due to her rudeness and being so insensitive to other people's schedules, I will not come back."

It was such a scary time for me and my family but Dr. Jenkie took the time to explain and make us feel reassured. He never made us just seem like a “patient”.
