"I saw Dr. Amy Clark at this location over a year ago but am only just now leaving a review because I have been trying to work with their office for that entire period of time to correct a bill so that insurance could cover the $800 cost of what was supposed to be a routine preventive screening. The way this office coded the testing prevented my insurance from paying it. I ended up calling the lab that I was being billed by, my insurance, and the office's billing department multiple times over that year only to be constantly stonewalled by THIS office where the change of coding needed to take place. I understand Dr. Clark is no longer at this location, but the billing department is incredibly deceitful and unhelpful as well. I was constantly told there was a special billing person for the lab in their office that I was never allowed to talk to. The last time I spoke to their billing department, I was told they would submit the corrections and that I should not call ANYONE to make inquiries about it going forward. Several months after, I contact the lab to check the status of my bill and absolutely nothing has changed once again. They received nothing from the doctor's office. I have no idea why their billing staff would tell me not to monitor the status of my bill while lying to me about the actions they would take, but I can only assume malicious intent considering how many times I have tried to contact them and clearly explained exactly what I need after speaking with the lab and my insurance. I last contacted them in February of this year and never received a response. But listen to all of the reviews if you can. You will receive absolutely no communication or assistance if they can help it."

"Rarely return messages left and today April 11th. We were advising them that they billed the wrong insurance company and my wife was treated with non-professional lip service and poor attitude. The gal said it was not her job...blurted out a phone number and hung up. No caring to be helpful but instead a very cocky attitude and I would like the problem corrected or will seek an attorney. Your unwillingness to provide proper customer service is a shame. Philip Smolen"
