"They are always very nice here. My pets don't seem to mind the check ups either or the shots. Thats good. If you know your pets as well as I do then you can tell if they've been mistreated. Mine have not and the prices are pretty reasonable. Thats why I bring my babies here."

"I brought my fur-baby Nina in as a walk-in needing to be seen right away. The office was able to accommodate me into their schedule and see my girl right away! They listened to me as I explained my concerns. They listened when I explained she has high anxiety and assisted me with brining her in and out of the office while the lobby was empty to avoid stressing her out by seeing other clients and their pets. They explained things as we went along with the appointment, in detail! Once they did all their tests/exams they vet came in and explained the results and treatment. Answered all my questions and concerns and staff assisted me with getting follow-ups scheduled and I was even sent an email with information and pricing for future care! The staff was amazing and bragged about how much they loved my girl and how sweet of a girl she is! "

"This is the best vet in North Alabama including Mississippi State vet hospital. I had a beloved chihuahua that did not feel well. We took him to Fisher animal hospital and they almost killed him. We tried every vet within 100 miles over the next 5 years, taking him around every 3 months this entire time. No one would listen to us and would prescribe meds. Eventually we tried this vet. They also gave him meds and ended up sending us to Auburn. These people actually listened to us. They tried to treat him and he did feel better but then got very sick very quick. They found he was.diabetic and he had diabetic ketoacidosis. We rushed him to Auburn on an I.V. drip in the backseat thanks to the vet. We made it there and he spent 3 days in ICU but it was too late. These people are caring and intelligent. If your pet is family and you feel something isn't right please go to West Lauderdale animal hospital, have them tested for diabetes."

"The very best treatment from any Doctor and Staff members I’ve dealt with at this facility than any other Hospital for my Pets! We have easily managed to keep the trust in them each and every time we haft to visit! They are really that good!"

"I had an emergency come up with my one year old kitty Skeeter. They went above and beyond for us! They did everything they could do for him and if they hadn't managed to get him in he wouldn't have made it. They literally saved my furbabys life and were so thorough and comforting. His fever was 105 and they took him straight back! They gave him oral meds, a shot and did a full panel of blood work to figure out what was going on with him and today he's almost 100% himself. Thankyou to every one of you at the vet who loved on, tested, and comforted Skeeter and ultimately saved his life!!"
