"Arrived at 9:30 , left at 12:50. The doctor forgot about me and stated he was 40 min late this morning After the allergy test I kept waiting to be seen by the doctor. I asked reception during the wait confirming I was indeed waiting for the doctor . They said I would be next. 40 min later he comes in and states he forgot about me. Very frustrating experience. I should have learned from our first experience with them when they charged us for allergy shots we did not get . It took almost a year to get resolved ."

"Loved working with Dr. Mallette and his staff. They were great. I was sick basically for 3 months straight with allergies and respiratory illnesses. Finally found the Tri-Cities group yesterday. They diagnosed my allergies, gave me shots and prescriptions and I am back to feeling good again and getting most of my strength back. Now I start my maintenance program next week. Awesome group to work with!!!"
"The entire staff was amazing! Dr. Mallette was very friendly, informative, & just did a great job with my 5 year old & 7 year old. The 7 year old had her allergy testing done at our first visit & the entire process was much smoother than I had anticipated. Highly recommend using TCA!"
