"When you call there’s no option to talk to a human. They offer a number to text, which is the same as the office number, but it can’t receive the messages you send. Everything goes to voicemail and I’m not waiting a couple days to find out about referrals and sliding scale. Wish I could give it more stars, but I’m having issues determining if this place is even real."
"The female who answers calls has a terrible attitude and is not professional. Forget getting help if you have a problem. Their answer I was given was to go see someone else rather than figure out why you can’t find the tests you were sent or why my appointment was messed up. I was switched to new medication that could put me in a diabetic coma with no regard for my health or giving me an analysis of my thyroid ultrasound. Great way to assist and monitor your patients?!"
