"Heads up, practice requires you to be seen by the doctor every three months, even if you are perfectly healthy. I just wanted a refill of my birth control, and they wouldn’t because I had been seen 4 months ago. I was told it was a requirement of their doctor for patients to be seen every 3 months in order to get any kind of refills. It’s obvious they just want money. I know that visit volumes are down across the industry, but this is not the way to run a business. Additionally, was trying to get them to complete a prioritization for a migraine medication for over three months. I am changing PCP’s."

"I been going to Florence family practice since they had the old building.My experience is not so good anymore.I was seeing my old doctor witch I was very pleased with her now they got everyone new.The woman I’m seeing now is very unprofessional.She never introduced her name to me.I don’t feel comfortable with her she also talked about another patient information to me what there results were.Your suppose to keep that private she wasn’t that friendly.She wasn’t asking me any important things like she was suppose to ask me.I’m going to be looking for another place to go.I don’t think she cares for her patients at all.I asked for nausea medicine the day I seen her that was Friday it is now Tuesday and she still never called it in.I’ve called up there everyday all I get is she is going to call me back and I’m still waiting I think she is just out to get peoples money I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone anymore…."

"Place charges you another Dr visit just to call and say everything is fine after blood work. My insurance company says they processed the visit wrong. I'm convinced this place is out to steal your money. Don't go here!"

Based on the Google reviews I filled out my new patient form and scheduled an appointment. What followed on my first visit was the most professional, caring and comprehensive initial appointment I have ever experienced. I will go no further for my primary care needs I have found my doctor.
