"A horrible experience! I normally use the Sheffield location. I have been a patient of Dr. Thompsons for 10 years now. We recently moved to Central so I was super excited about this location and not having to drive to Sheffield to continue using Medical Associates. So today when I woke up sick, I went in to just see a NP for a sick visit. I have never had such an awful visit with anyone nor made felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Will NOT be back unless I'm being seen by Dr Thompson himself. I wasn't even given a diagnosis or anything. Complete waste of money."
"I went in to the left side where they allow walk-ins and I did not have a good experience. This was my first time and she was unprofessional, making fun of me in my face and did not prescribe me any medication to get better. She was just being judge-y and very immature. I feel like I was talking to a wall. She did not care that I was sick and she would not listen to me about my pain. I left with no prescription. I don’t know her name but I do remember she is blonde haired and old and grumpy. I went to the emergency room at the hospital to get help and they gave me the help I needed."
