"My husband visited on 2/3 with complaints of runny nose and ear pain. As there was no physician onsite my husband agreed to telehealth, believing he would be on a video call with a physician while the nurse examined him. Instead, he was placed on a cell phone with very poor reception. He could not hear the individual on the call and apparently they could not hear him. Eventually he was told that she would text the nurse with the plan. He was given a COVID test and told to return in 5 days, that was it. His ears were never examined or addressed. He was given no medications. Following the weekend, my husband went to our PCP and was found to have bilateral ear infection and was treated APPROPRIATELY with antibiotics. We will never seek treatment at this facility again. I tried to call the facility multiple times for three days and no one answered the phone."

"Everyone was so nice! From the front desk to the clinicians and the nurse practitioner, they were all professional. My wait time was very short and my prescriptions were ready at the pharmacy when I got there! ❤️"

"I absolutely loved the staff here but I did not appreciate that my dog received more adequate care than I did. I'm sorry but the only amount of Aleve that will help a pinched nerve would be an OD... My dog was prescribed gabapentin for his nerve pain while I was prescribed naproxen, Aleve, which doesn't do a darn thing for pinched nerves. I will say the steroid shot must have had a local anesthesia in it because that helped for long enough I could get home and take a decent little nap but once again, I was up all night in pain, even after taking the meds I was prescribed. Again, the staff was super nice and even got me in earlier than my appointment on a Saturday! I was just disappointed I didn't get but a couple of hours of relief and a useless prescription."

"The staff is so nice and the work they do is quick and thorough! Atmosphere is wonderful. It is the only place I go for myself and family now. They have seen my entire family from 1 yr to 36 yrs. As long as you are in the door before closing time, they see you…Which is exactly how it’s supposed to be. Other urgent cares in the area stop seeing patients 45 minutes before their closing time. You will not be disappointed in Stopwatch!"

"I've always had a good experience here. I especially like that I can register online with photos of my ID and insurance card. The option of choosing my appointment time is also very convenient. Every worker is courteous and understanding of your medical circumstance. The only drawback is there is no on-site pharmacy."
