"My mother ( who is 85 years old and just finished up with 22 radiation treatments for cancer) fell this afternoon and was taken to the emergency room at about 3:45 PM. At about 6:15 PM she was finally taken to a room. Now at 7:00 PM no one has been in to see her yet. She can't move her left arm without a lot of pain. She is not here on a Friday night for pain medication like the other 6 people in the waiting room, but that is the way she is being treated. I hope the new CEO of the hospital sees this review. Well at 6.58 someone finally came in to her room. House keeping to empty the trash cans."

"I recently has the privilege of having Dr. Beckman take care of some medical issues with my grandmother. She was fantastic and very patient with her, listened to her and ran some test on what she thought her problem could be. She found the problem and give her some meds to clear things up. My grandmother being a administrative RN over 30 years was very happy with Dr. Beckman and her bed-side manner and the way she explained what they would be doing. I’m proud to have a hospital so close to my house that has a team of Doctors and nurses that we have that care about treating people and getting the better. The ER visit may be long or may be short just know if you have to wait the ER is probably packed and they are working as fast as they can to get to everyone. Winfield has a great group in the ER and With Dr. Hajjar on staff they can’t be beat in this part of the country. I appreciated the care and time they took with my elderly grandparent."

"I’m a truck driver from Missouri had some issues and needed to go to a hospital this was the closest one. Staff treated me great took good care of me. Sorry I don’t care what hospital you go to ER takes time to process everything to make sure that they do things correctly."

"Don’t go. Long waits, which is understandable. But you won’t see your nurse for hours with no way to contact them unless you go search the hallways. They leave the doors open and there’s 2 people to a room. So you have no privacy. I’ve heard everyone in this hospitals business since I’ve been here. The doctor had the worst attitude and wasn’t even helpful. He was willing to write me a pain prescription (which I didn’t ask for) but wouldn’t actually look into the problem to see what was going on. There was also a man in crying for over an hour asking where he was and what was going on and everyone walked by and ignored him or laughed. Go somewhere else."

"So thankful for our local hospital and all of the employees. I want to thank Molly Carothers and Kathy Wright on Med-Surg for taking such great care of me when I was feeling so sick. Also, the ER staff was very pleasant and helped me get registered very quickly. Thank you for being so attentive and compassionate to me!! I love our Hospital!"
