"I have been with this company for three years! I have ordered several products from them for the branding of my business. A couple of months ago i get an email saying that they are activating a new site and that i had to reach out to reactivate my account. I called and sent an email last week once i was ready to restock and no one has answered. I reach back out today and a person name Erma answers the phone. I usually deal with Nikki so I’m guessing she was replaced. So i tell her the reason why I’m calling and she says to me well are you doing $2000 a year? What products have you purchased from us before. She was just so dismissive. So i proceed to tell her what I’ve previously ordered. So she says oh okay well let me get you up and running and gets off the phone. I call right back because she did not ask me my company name nor tell me what i needed to do to access my account. So she proceeds to tell me we are not accepting you because i can’t even find you in our records. And then she says oh you are at the bottom of the list and only made a purchase of $171 this year and you are actually causing us to lose money which is false! I have never seen such unprofessionalism. She needs to be fired! Nikki was pleasant and was all about customer service! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it! Please do not deal with this company or give them your business! There is something shady going on and they will never get a dime of my money! How do you treat your customers this way regardless of the amount of money being spent! Outrageous!! Look elsewhere!!"

"Worst customer service I've dealt with in my 20+ years in they industry. They're labels are done by a company called ratchet industries and they are terrible. I will say a couple products I did like but their egos wouldn't allow us to come together and work on a solution over their horrible labels. The owner also had the gall to put down my current private label company and said they're the best at what they do, if that was the case I think they would be more well known."
