"I scheduled a appointment for my wife at 1p.m. and she waited for at least an hour because, jai bee wasn’t done with another client and was busy talking personal business on her phone. Don’t recommend her if you looking for professionalism."
"Very unprofessional. So ghetto she won’t even update the new address location on Google or Facebook. She’s very ghetto as I stated. Rude at that. Felt like she didn’t care and was just trying to make a quick buck. She braided my hair so tight my scalp is inflamed and sore. The nape of my neck is sore from the tight braids. She blow dried and combed my hair so hard I almost wanted to cry. I should of got up and walked out then. To top it off she was talking about things on the phone she had no business discussing in front of a client. 10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND"

"she made me cry my eyes out over a small appointment error. she is unfriendly and unprofessional. answers texts regarding appointments within hours and argued with/raised her voice at my fiancé. was thinking about becoming a consistent client but i will never go there again. i left the place sobbing because of the way she handled a very miniscule situation."
